Millikin & Fitton Firm Profile

In 1840, Thomas Millikin founded what is known today as Millikin & Fitton Law Firm, the oldest law firm in Butler County and the third oldest law firm in the State of Ohio.  Over the last one-hundred and seventy years, Millikin & Fitton’s attorneys have established a tradition of excellence in the practice of law and community service.

Today, our attorneys maintain the firm’s tradition of providing exceptional legal services while using technology to enhance efficiency and service to our clients.  Millikin & Fitton has grown to thirteen attorneys with offices in Hamilton, Oxford and Mason.  Millikin & Fitton is also affiliated with ACS Title and Closing Service which provides a full range of title and closing services as well as title insurance.

Though it began in 1840, Mr. Millikin founded much more than a law firm.  He founded a tradition of serving the needs and objectives of our clients and community.
